We all have to start somewhere right? I know exactly how that feels, because like you, I had to start from somewhere. As your Personal Trainer, I will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and lead you through your fitness journey.
My name is Aaron Nedrick and back in the day I enjoyed sports, dance and being active but not enough to get that star athletes body. I was this really skinny, gangly armed guy for most of my life and honestly never really liked the way I looked.
When I started lifting and working on my nutrition, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing! So for years despite having an active background I got frustrated and angry thinking I just had really bad genes.
Things started to finally click when I got myself a structured training program and learned more about functional nutrition . . .
Education, certifications and real world personal experience over the years gave me a foundation of knowledge on the best, scientifically proven training and nutrition strategies, which I use to help people with different goals all over the world transform their lives.
